Logistics Coordinator

Titan Transfer Logistics is seeking a highly-motivated Logistics Coordinator to play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the Titan Logistics team in Birmingham, AL. As Logistics Coordinator, you will have a lead role in various internal and external operations processes. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented and highly skilled in multi-tasking and communication.

Responsibilities

• Processing and managing customer orders accurately and urgently
• Collaborating with Titan Transfer Logistics team members on a daily basis
• Communicating and strengthening relationships with Carriers on a daily basis
• Organizing Carrier paperwork to ensure compliance with internal requirements and transportation regulations
• Planning and scheduling with all parties involved to ensure on-time pickup and delivery
• Preparing detailed shipping documentation
• Ability to adapt to changes in scheduling and communication with all parties
• Implement solutions to issues as they arise with urgency
• Tracking and tracing shipments from origin to destination
• Timely communication of issues and updates with all parties involved
• Positive attitude and ability to work with a team
• Maintain a sense of urgency and complete tasks in a timely manner

Qualifications

• 1 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation or customer service (preferred)
• If no logistics experience, willingness and ability to quickly learn the Logistics industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and logistics software, computer skills
• Strong communication skills via phone, email, and in-person
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
• Heightened attention to detail and ability to solve problems
• Demonstrated ability in data collection, retrieval and organization
