We are seeking a Process Engineer responsible for managing internal logistics processes at manufacturing sites.

- Designing layouts, manpower planning, and supporting new model packaging initiatives.
- Leading complex projects with budgets exceeding $250,000, including SAP development, project evaluations, and stakeholder presentations.
- Analyzing process costs, resolving production issues, and supporting strategic planning within the Operations Department.
- Utilizing engineering tools such as AutoCAD, Visio, and Excel for process analysis and work balancing.
- Engineering degree or relevant experience, with at least 5 years in an engineering role.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of warehouse management functions.
