As the senior-most operational leader on the contract, the Program Manager will oversee delivery of integrated IT services spanning engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, cloud, and operations. You will be responsible for orchestrating a team of technical leads and subject matter experts to ensure on-time, in-scope, and high-quality performance aligned to contract requirements and mission outcomes.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary interface with government stakeholders, providing regular program updates, issue resolution, and strategic guidance.
- Lead overall contract execution including cost, schedule, risk, scope, and quality management across all task areas.
- Ensure that all technical, operational, and business support activities are coordinated, well-documented, and compliant with applicable standards and best practices.
- Manage day-to-day performance of multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors, including staffing, training, reporting, and contract deliverables.
- Drive Agile-based task planning and execution, leveraging metrics and KPIs for continuous improvement and accountability.
- Lead Monthly Program Management Reviews (PMRs), develop and present briefings, status reports, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal corporate teams on resource management, finance, security, quality assurance, and contract administration.
- 5 years of direct experience managing federal IT programs involving infrastructure, application development, or cloud operations.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 Foundation.
- An active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
- Proven ability to manage geographically dispersed technical teams in a secure, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience with Agile frameworks, risk mitigation, stakeholder management, and quality control.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. In lieu of degree, 15 years of program management experience.
