Titan Technologies, LLC (Titan) is seeking a self-directed Junior Asset Management Specialist to support the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) III contract. As a member of our team, you will help to assist USSOCOM, Service Component Commands, Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOC), and deployed forces in the delivery of a full spectrum of Information Technology (IT) services to operate and maintain information flow, communications, and connectivity globally.
In this role, you will provide asset management services and inventory control analysis to maintain consistent accountability of Automated Data Processing Equipment (ADPE) assets supporting the Secure Information Environment (SIE). The Junior Asset Management Specialist will document and coordinate shipping and receiving of ADPE assets, accountability of inventory, short-term storage facilities of computer/communication-related assets, and distribution of hardware, as directed by the Government. The Asset Management Specialist will ensure that ADPE hardware and software are properly received in an ITSM approved database, documented in accordance with Personal Property Management (PPM) requirements, stored, and disbursed to the required user to maintain good supply and accountability of ADPE.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute processes and workflows in accordance with the policies and processes as directed.
- Support reporting and analytic activities as directed.
- Execute physical and virtual audits, including action plans to address deficiencies.
- Provide support for asset reconciliation, including reclaim and follow-up on stranded assets, identifying and managing follow-up actions.
- Maintain the Asset Inventory, including additions, changes, deletes, and status updates to the Asset Database.
- Support and reconcile asset information with Configuration Management (CMDB).
- Perform packaging, receiving, shipping and disposal of assets in accordance with Security & Asset Management policies and procedures.
You MUST have:
- ITIL Foundations or higher-level ITIL v4 certification.
- Two years of experience in logistics and/or asset management position.
- An active TS/SCI is required
