We are seeking a dependable and motivated **Field Service Technician** to support our oilfield rental operations in **Greeley, Colorado**. In this field-based role, you will inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot rental equipment. The ideal candidate will have **at least 2 years of experience in the oil and gas industry** and be comfortable working outdoors in physically demanding environments. Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
**Education**
High School Diploma or GED preferred. Basic math skills required
**Job Experience**
General labor experience and mechanical aptitude
**Computer Proficiency**
Ability to utilize a timekeeping system as well as cell phone for time reporting
**Training**
Titan Solutions will provide necessary training
**Working Conditions/Physical Requirements**
Long periods of driving, standing, crouching, lifting, bending, working on hands and knees
Capability of lifting 50 lbs. repeatedly
Capability to work in extreme weather conditions such as heat/cold/ wind/rain/snow.
Must pass pre-employment fit test and background check
**Travel Requirements**
May be required to travel less than 10% of time
**Pay Range: Pay is based on performance, competencies, seniority - $24 - $28**

- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and basic repairs on all Titan equipment in the field and shop setting
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide on-site repairs
- Ensure all equipment is operated and maintained in a safe and compliant manner
- Maintain accurate documentation of service activities and equipment condition
- Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams
- Operate a company vehicle while on duty in a legal, safe and professional manner
- Perform tasks and repairs in teams and solo
- Maintain the care and cleanliness of company vehicles, trailers & tools
- Complete JSA's, fill out job checklists and scope of service with the customer
