Position Summary
Titan Ready Mix is hiring a reliable Yard Hand / General Laborer to assist with daily plant operations, yard maintenance, and general labor duties at our ready mix concrete plant.
Responsibilities
- Maintain plant and yard cleanliness (shoveling, sweeping, debris removal)
- Assist with plant maintenance and general labor tasks
- Clean equipment, washout areas, and plant grounds
- Help maintain safe and organized work areas
- Follow all safety policies and wear required PPE
- Assist Plant Manager and team as needed
Qualifications
- This individual must be able to successfully communicate and coordinate with other team members at all times to maximize production
- Must have good attention to detail and be safety oriented
- Employee required to talk, hear, stand, walk, push, pull, sit, use hands, handle, feel, reach with hands or arms, climb, balance, stoop, kneel and work outdoors.
Work Environment & Requirements
- Steel Toe Boots required
- Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds frequently and perform physical labor
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, with exposure to dust, noise, and heavy equipment
