This position is with a progressive, financially stable Hospital System.
Salary and Benefits
- Hourly Rate- $29.00 - $43.20
- Night Differential - $4.25
- Weekend Differential - $3.00
- Sign-on Bonus – $20,000

Responsibilities
- Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health or situation.
- Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team.
- Analyze the assessment data to determine the diagnosis or issues.
- Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient and the situation.
- Act as an advocate for patient safety.
- Ensure effective care and use of time, supplies, and equipment.
- Educate patients regarding their medications, procedures and treatments, providing patients and their families with support throughout their stay.
Requirements
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida, Multistate or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required.
- Nursing Diploma or ASN; BSN preferred.
- 1 year of RN experience in an Acute Care environment preferred.
- BLS, (AHA Healthcare provider) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Shift times: Days 7am – 7pm, Nights 7pm – 7am
