We’re hiring an Associate Dentist who wants a guaranteed salary, a four-day workweek, and the opportunity to provide meaningful dental care without the pressure of production-based compensation.

You’ll step into an outpatient dental role with a financially stable nonprofit organization that has served Southwest Georgia for over 40 years. You’ll focus primarily on extractions, fillings, and essential general dentistry while helping underserved, underinsured, and uninsured patients access compassionate, high-quality dental care.

Compensation & Benefits
• Guaranteed annual salary: $145,000–$212,500
• $10,000 in relocation assistance
• Medical insurance with 60% employer-paid coverage

• 5 days of continuing education time
