You'll step into an established outpatient pediatric practice focused on preventive care, wellness visits, acute care, and continuity of care. You'll work alongside an experienced clinical team with strong administrative support, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional patient care without production pressure.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $200,000–$250,000
• Health insurance: Employer pays 75%
• Dental & vision insurance: Employer contribution available
• PTO: 160 hours plus 40 personal hours
• 10 paid holidays
• CME: 5 days plus a $2,500 annual allowance
• HRSA student loan repayment eligibility
• FTCA malpractice coverage
• Relocation assistance available on a case-by-case basis
