Salary and Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: Approximately $113/hour (equivalent to $235,000 annually based on 40 hours/week)

Responsibilities:
- Perform oral and maxillofacial surgeries including complex extractions and surgical treatments of the mouth, teeth, and jaws
- Evaluate patients using diagnostic tools including X-rays and imaging
- Develop and execute treatment plans for a diverse patient population
- Administer anesthesia and ensure patient comfort and safety throughout procedures
- Collaborate with general dentists and other healthcare professionals for integrated care
- Provide preventive care and oral health education to patients
- Maintain compliance with OSHA/Bloodborne Pathogen protocols and clinical safety standards
- Opportunity for part-time or full-time scheduling (minimum 24 hours/week)
Requirements:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited program
- Completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
- Active Pennsylvania dental license or ability to obtain
- Strong commitment to public health and serving underserved communities
- Cultural competency and a patient-centered communication approach
