We’re hiring a Licensed Therapist who wants meaningful outpatient work, strong organizational support, and the stability of a progressive Federally Qualified Health Center.
You’ll step into a 100 percent outpatient role focused on providing 1:1 psychotherapy to patients of all ages. You will work collaboratively with Primary Care Providers to recognize, treat, and manage dual diagnosis disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma, crisis situations, and other mental health conditions, with full support staff and clinical leadership guidance.
You’ll practice in Brownville, Maine, a scenic rural community offering outdoor recreation, small-town charm, and a peaceful lifestyle while being part of a financially stable and mission-driven healthcare organization.

What makes you a great fit
• You hold a Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Mental Health
• You are licensed as an LCSW or LPC in Maine

• At least 2 years of healthcare experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary range: $60,000 to $80,000 based on licensed experience
