Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $60,000–$75,000 based on experience
- Bonus or incentives: Sign-on bonus potential
- Health insurance: Voluntary coverage starting at $75 per pay period
- Dental & vision: Available with $0 employee-only dental option
- Life insurance: Employer-paid $50,000 policy plus LTD and AD&D
- PTO: 2 weeks paid vacation, 48 hours sick leave, 12 paid holidays, plus your birthday off
- CME: 40 hours with a $1,500 annual allowance
- Retirement: 401(k) with up to 4% employer match
- Loan repayment: Eligible for programs up to $55,000
