Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Bespoke Psychiatry provides its LCSW clinicians the opportunity to function like a private practice without the hassle of managing a back office:

• Provide initial assessments, utilize psychotherapy to address mental health issues and offer ongoing support
• Function as an active member on an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists and nurse practitioners addressing residents’ emotional, social, and psychological needs.
• You would be an on-site clinical provider working with residents and their families.

Key Requirements:

We’re looking for someone with a passion for working with older adults along with strong medical knowledge, understanding of documentation (CMS, Medicare, Medicaid) and nursing home experience, that is able to coordinate with team and Nursing Home.

• Have a master’s degree in Social Work and a valid LCSW license in the state for which you are applying.

• At least 1 year of counseling and therapy experience but will consider new graduates
• Demonstrated knowledge of Mental Health diagnoses and therapeutic approaches
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patients are getting the best care possible

• High level of organization to manage patient needs, document effectively and ensure the mental health needs of residents are being met
