Responsibilities
- Monday – Friday (8:30am – 5:00pm)
- Provide primary health care to center patients within the family practice model.
- Serve on committees and perform assigned administrative responsibilities.
- Attend departmental meetings and participate in the night and weekend on-call coverage rotation.
- Assume teaching responsibilities as assigned, ensuring continuous learning and clinical excellence.
- Provide professional supervision for Nurse Practitioners, Midwives, and Physician Assistants, fostering collaboration with provider support personnel.
- Teach residents how to deliver comprehensive, high-quality patient care.
- Support resident development toward becoming practice-ready professionals.
- Demonstrate compassion, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence in both teaching and patient care.
- 60% FM Physician/40% Core Faculty for Residency Program
Requirements
- Compassionate Care
- Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Clear/Active New York licensure
