Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $210,000 - $230,000
• Student loan repayment up to $75,000
• 401(k) with 3% match
• $5,000 CME allowance plus 5 days
• 10 days PTO, 5 sick days, 3 personal days, and 9 holidays
• Life insurance (1.5x salary), Short-term and Long-term disability
