Associate Medical Director

Salary and Benefits
- Salary: $195,624 – $293,295 annually
- Sign-on Bonus: Up to $10,000
- Eligible for Student Loan Repayment: Up to $110,000
- Relocation Bonus Available

Responsibilities
- 3 days of administrative leadership and 2 days of clinical care per week
- Maintain a personal patient panel (all ages, outpatient)
- Supervise and mentor physicians, mid-levels, and clinical staff
- Lead quality improvement and compliance initiatives
- Support strategic planning and operational effectiveness
- Participate in provider recruitment, onboarding, and evaluations
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and patient safety standards
Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
- Active Missouri Physician License
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical leadership experience (FQHC preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- EMR proficiency (EPIC preferred)
