Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant)

We're hiring an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) who wants to make a meaningful difference while building long-term relationships with patients in a collaborative outpatient practice.
You'll step into an outpatient role providing comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages, including acute and chronic disease management, preventive care, and wellness visits. You'll have the autonomy to practice at the top of your license while collaborating with experienced physicians and clinical staff in a supportive, team-based environment serving diverse communities throughout the Greater Sacramento area.

• You are a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in California
• You hold current DEA and BLS certifications

• Bilingual candidates who speak Spanish, Russian, Farsi, or Pashto/Pushto are encouraged to apply
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $145,600–$215,000 annually

• Retirement: 403(b) with up to a 4% employer match
• PTO: Up to 4 weeks, plus 7 paid holidays and 1 floating holiday
• CME: Annual reimbursement plus paid CME time
