Titan Handyman is seeking experienced independent contractors to assist with residential repair and improvement projects throughout the New River Valley and Roanoke areas.
This is a 1099 contract opportunity with flexible, project-based work.
Contractors have the ability to accept projects that fit their schedule. Work availability will vary based on project demand. Payments are issued weekly for completed projects.
Typical projects may include:
- General home repairs
- Carpentry and trim work
- Drywall repair and patching
- Interior and exterior painting
- Deck repair and deck construction
- Home improvement projects
Requirements:
- Prior handyman or residential construction experience
- Must have your own tools
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients and project managers
- Proof of general liability insurance
- Ability to pass a background check
Preferred:
- Photos or examples of past work
- Experience with multiple types of residential repair or improvement projects
