Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Lead Handyman to oversee maintenance and repair operations for our clients. He will be expected to ensure timely completion of projects, and uphold the highest standards of safety and quality. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive mindset, excellent problem-solving abilities, and hands-on experience in diverse repair tasks. As the Lead Handyman, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for all employees and clients.
Duties
- Perform complex repairs involving plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance tasks.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards; promote a culture of safety awareness.
Skills
- Proven experience in maintenance or handyman roles with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Strong technical skills across multiple trades such as plumbing, carpentry & other various trades.
- Excellent time management.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and other departments.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and implement effective solutions under pressure.
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks requiring lifting, bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods. We value proactive problem solvers who thrive on challenges and are eager to lead by example in maintaining excellence with our clients!
Pay: $24.21 - $29.15 per hour
