Job Summary
We’re looking for a hands‑on Quality Control Manager to lead inspection activities for assembled basket strainers, cones, and fabricated components. This role oversees the quality team, ensures products meet engineering and customer specifications, and drives continuous improvement across the plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise Quality Inspectors
- Oversee inspections of assembled strainers, cones, and related products
- Ensure products meet engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
- Investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor quality metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Maintain quality documentation and support audits.
- Ensure measuring equipment is properly calibrated.
- Collaborate with Operations to reduce defects, scrap, and rework.
Qualifications
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
- 5 years of manufacturing quality experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- Experience with root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, blueprint reading, and precision measuring tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving abilities

Physical Requirements
