About the Role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Inventory Cycle Counter to support accurate inventory management across our manufacturing operations. This position plays a key role in ensuring materials are available when needed, discrepancies are resolved quickly, and inventory records remain reliable for production planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Routine Cycle Counts across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
- Investigate Inventory Variances and document root causes
- Update ERP/Inventory Systems with accurate counts and adjustments
- Verify Material Locations, labeling, and storage practices
- Support Physical Inventory events and reconciliation
- Communicate Shortages or overages to Production, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience in manufacturing or warehouse inventory
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Forklift certification preferred

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
