Job Title: Structural Quality Control (QC) Manager
Location: Annapolis, MD (Onsite)
Job Type: Full-Time
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in construction quality control, with a focus on structural work
- Proven experience supervising features of work (FOW) in the field
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, structural systems, and inspection processes
- Experience working with general contractors or construction firms
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and codes
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience on federal, commercial, or large-scale construction projects
- Certifications such as CQM-C (Construction Quality Management for Contractors), ACI, or similar
- Familiarity with USACE / NAVFAC quality control requirements
Salary : $100 - $115
