Salary: $115,000/year

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager (QCM) to oversee quality assurance for a heavy mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) upgrade project. The QCM will ensure all work complies with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage the Quality Control Plan (QCP).
- Conduct inspections and coordinate testing for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ensure compliance with contract specifications, codes, and standards.
- Monitor subcontractor work to ensure quality and workmanship standards are met.
- Maintain accurate quality control documentation, reports, and logs.
- Identify deficiencies and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and client representatives.
- Lead quality meetings and provide updates on project quality status.
- Ensure site safety and quality procedures are followed at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a QCM or in construction quality control.
- Valid QCM Certification (such as USACE/NAVFAC CQM-C or equivalent).
- Strong experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and submittals.
- Knowledge of construction quality standards and safety regulations.
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Salary : $110,000 - $115,000
