Position Summar
The Senior Project Manager – IT Integration is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering IT integration activities within a large-scale enterprise program. This role focuses on structured execution across multiple IT domains, ensuring alignment of tasks, milestones, and deliverables. The position operates as a hands-on project manager, driving day-to-day coordination, maintaining project plans, managing risks, and ensuring readiness for key milestones such as testing, migration, and cutover. The role works closely with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, and global technology teams to ensure integration activities are executed effectively and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines across IT integration activities
- Track and manage milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure progress against plan
- Coordinate execution across Applications, IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and End User Services, working in close collaboration with the SAP implementation team
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination across IT teams and business stakeholders
- Ensure alignment of tasks, sequencing, and interdependencies across multiple workstreams
- Support integration activities including system migration, environment readiness, and transition planning
- Maintain structured project governance including RAID logs, status reports, and milestone tracking
- Provide clear, concise updates on progress, risks, issues, and next steps
- Support preparation of executive-level reporting and decision materials
- Coordinate testing readiness (SIT, UAT) and ensure required inputs and timelines are met
- Support development and execution of cutover plans and checklists
- Assist with post-go-live stabilization (hypercare) coordination
- Identify, track, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across IT integration activities
- Drive timely mitigation actions and escalate issues where needed
- Facilitate project meetings, status checkpoints, and working sessions
- Act as a central coordinator across IT teams, business functions, and external partners
Qualifications
- 8–10 years of IT project management experience, including complex or cross-functional initiatives
- Experience coordinating IT projects involving SAP, Applications, Infrastructure, and End User environments
- Strong understanding of project delivery lifecycle (planning, testing, cutover, hypercare)
- Experience working in environments with SAP or large platform implementations
- Familiarity with structured delivery practices (SDLC, governance, milestone tracking)
