Role Description
The Production Supervisor/Production Shift Foreman is a full-time, on-site position based in Troutville, VA. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day production activities to ensure efficient operations, maintaining safety and quality standards, managing a team of production staff, and ensuring that organizational goals are met. The candidate will oversee production schedules, evaluate and address operational challenges, monitor team performance, and implement process improvements to optimize output. Collaboration with other departments and enforcing adherence to health and safety protocols are key components of this role.

- Experience in production management, team supervision, and process improvement
- Strong understanding of safety standards, quality control, and manufacturing best practices
- Proficiency in communication, leadership, and team-building skills
- Ability to troubleshoot operational issues and make data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of digital tools and manufacturing software systems
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
