Titan America is seeking a strategic, commercially minded Marketing Manager to help drive growth, market expansion, innovation, and commercialization across the business.

This role will partner closely with Sales, Product Development, R&D, Operations, and Commercial Leadership to translate customer insights and market opportunities into actionable growth strategies. The Marketing Manager will play a key role in strengthening Titan America’s competitive position and bringing innovative products and solutions to market.

What You’ll Do

• Develop marketing and segment strategies that support commercial growth.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.
• Lead customer segmentation, market research, product positioning, and value proposition development.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and solutions.
• Partner cross-functionally to support product commercialization and market expansion.
• Provide Sales teams with market intelligence, customer insights, and tools that strengthen commercial effectiveness.
• Establish KPIs and measure product adoption, market penetration, marketing effectiveness, and ROI.
• Manage marketing investments and budgets with a focus on measurable business impact.
• Identify emerging technologies, sustainability trends, and innovation opportunities.

Strategic Areas of Impact

• Accelerate profitable growth through market segmentation, customer insights, and identification of priority markets and revenue opportunities.
• Lead product and service commercialization, including positioning, value propositions, go-to-market plans, launches, and adoption.
• Strengthen commercial effectiveness by equipping Sales teams with market intelligence, tools, training, and segment-specific strategies.
• Translate customer needs, competitive intelligence, industry trends, and sustainability priorities into actionable business recommendations.
• Drive measurable marketing performance through disciplined budgeting, KPIs, dashboards, and return-on-investment analysis.
• Connect Sales, R&D, Product Development, Operations, and global resources to accelerate innovation and execution.
• Enhance Titan America’s market position through differentiated messaging, customer engagement, strategic partnerships, and expansion initiatives.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10 years of progressive experience in Marketing, Product Management, Business Development, Commercial Excellence, Strategic Planning, or a related discipline.
• Experience in construction materials, cement, aggregates, ready-mix concrete, building products, construction, industrial manufacturing, or a related industry.
• Proven success in market analysis, customer segmentation, product launches, commercialization, or growth initiatives.
• Strong strategic, analytical, financial, and project leadership skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions and organizational levels.

Preferred Skills

Direct experience in cement, aggregates, ready-mix, or construction materials, along with experience in product commercialization, market expansion, strategic partnerships, sustainable solutions, or global/matrixed organizations.

Travel: Up to 30–40% based on business needs.
