Tires in Motion is hiring our first team member.
Looking to fill a Mobile Tire Tech position as soon as possible - growth potential as the business grows.
We’re building something different, and this is a ground-floor opportunity for someone who wants more than just a job. The right person could grow with the company and eventually step into a key leadership role as Tires in Motion expands.
This future position would include:
Solo mobile tire installs: mounting and balancing, TPMS calibration/diagnostics.
Seasonal swaps
Flat repairs
Customer service in the field
General day-to-day support
We’re looking for someone who:
Works hard with attention to detail
Communicates well with customers
Can work independently
Has a clean driving record
Can safely handle the physical demands of the job
What this position isn’t:
No roadside emergency calls on the side of the highway
No unpredictable dispatch work or late-night breakdowns
No chaotic shop environment or constant rush jobs
No cutting corners just to move cars through
This is scheduled, controlled work focused on quality and customer experience.
Tire and wheel and customer service experience is a must.
We'll discuss a ride along, field training, on-boarding process and you'll land in your own service vehicle to perform services solo. There will be no shortage of work - if you're hungry, we'll keep you fed and work together to ensure your success.
