In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance services, including oil changes and tire services, while ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes and other routine maintenance services on vehicles.
- Conduct tire rotations and inspections to ensure safety and performance.
- Utilize power tools and automotive equipment safely and effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating service recommendations clearly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist in sales of additional services or products as needed.
- Keep accurate records of services performed on each vehicle.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive service.
- Proficiency in using power tools and automotive equipment.
- Previous experience as a service technician or mechanic is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
- Sales experience is a plus, particularly in an automotive dealership setting.
- Familiarity with oil change processes and tire service techniques is beneficial.
