ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITES:
- Assist local management as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Complete daily deposits and cash drops
- May support the return materials authorization process by processing customer new and adjustment returns
- Assist in creating shipping labels for FedEx, UPS, LTL and GLS
- Enter daily shipping numbers into Interchange
- Assist with routing of sales orders as needed
- Assist will call customers by processing invoices and collecting payment
- Assist with the ordering supplies
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- High school diploma / G.E.D. or equivalent experience
- 2 years’ experience in office setting
