Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers, vendors, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Schedule and coordinate inbound and outbound shipping appointments
- Process shipping documentation for LTL, UPS, customer pickups, and container shipments
- Support Customer Service and Sales by responding to order, inventory, and stock inquiries
- Assist with inventory tracking, stock verification, and warehouse documentation
- Prepare, organize, scan, and maintain warehouse records and files
- Maintain office supplies and support the organization of the warehouse office
- Collaborate with Shipping, Receiving, Inventory Control, Logistics, Purchasing, and other departments to resolve operational issues
- Work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team
- Perform other duties as assigned to support daily operations
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Approximately one year of clerical, administrative, or office experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Monday-Friday; occasional weekends may be necessary based on business needs
- Typical work hours between 600 a.m. - 600 p.m.; 40-50 hours per week
