Warehouse Office Associate I

Location: Midway, GA (On-site)
The Warehouse Office Associate I plays a key role in supporting Tire Rack's warehouse operations by coordinating administrative activities that keep the distribution center running efficiently.
This position works closely with Shipping, Receiving, Inventory Control, Customer Service, and other departments to process documentation, support inventory accuracy, and provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers, vendors, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Schedule and coordinate inbound and outbound shipping appointments
- Process shipping documentation for LTL, UPS, customer pickups, and container shipments
- Support Customer Service and Sales by responding to order, inventory, and stock inquiries
- Assist with inventory tracking, stock verification, and warehouse documentation
- Prepare, organize, scan, and maintain warehouse records and files
- Maintain office supplies and support the organization of the warehouse office
- Collaborate with Shipping, Receiving, Inventory Control, Logistics, Purchasing, and other departments to resolve operational issues
- Work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team
- Perform other duties as assigned to support daily operations
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Approximately one year of clerical, administrative, or office experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Hours:
- Monday-Friday; occasional weekends may be necessary based on business needs
- Typical work hours between 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.; 40-50 hours per week
