What You'll Do
- Answer incoming customer phone calls professionally and courteously.
- Assist customers by updating account and personal information.
- Answer common customer questions regarding orders, products, and services.
- Receive customer orders and ensure information is entered accurately.
- Transfer calls to the appropriate department or team member when additional assistance is needed.
- Resolve routine customer concerns while providing an excellent customer experience.
- Enter Tire Rack promotional redemptions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist the Verification team by entering and maintaining order notes.
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to support daily operations.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
- Previous customer service experience with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer care.
- Outstanding verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong written communication skills for email and customer correspondence.
- Comfortable using computers, web-based applications, and navigating the internet.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as business needs require.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
