We're looking for an experienced, energetic, and motivated Lead Bartender to join our team. This is a leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service, and leads by example.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the bartending team during shifts.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while preparing quality beverages.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
• Assist with training new bartenders and ensuring company standards are met.
• Help manage inventory and minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with all liquor laws and responsible alcohol service practices.

Your expertise in food safety, customer service, and efficient service will help foster a lively, fun atmosphere at our bustling venue. Whether you're pouring drinks at a nightclub or managing banquet events, your positive attitude and attention to detail will be key to our success. Must be available with open schedule, please see hours as we are open till midnight during the week and 2am on Friday and Saturday, must have own transportation and be able to pass background check. Pay based on experience.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote sales of beverages and food items
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols
• Manage POS systems such Toast POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
• Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; restock as needed to ensure smooth service flow
• Handle cash transactions accurately while providing excellent customer service during busy hours in nightclubs or banquet settings
• Assist in catering events or banquets by serving drinks efficiently while maintaining a professional appearance

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, especially within fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings
• Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS; adept at cashiering and food handling procedures
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume service periods
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and ensuring accurate billing
• Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling techniques to maintain health regulations
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special event days in a fast-paced environment
