- Maintain project files, logs, and records (digital and physical)
- Prepare meeting agendas and take meeting minutes
- Draft emails and correspondence for Project Managers
- Create and update spreadsheets (templates and basic builds)
- Complete daily weather reports
- Manage office equipment and maintain supply inventory
- Update and manage contacts in Outlook
- Assist with subcontractor onboarding (safety/compliance programs)
- Help keep the job trailer clean, organized, and stocked
- Support the project team with general administrative tasks
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Professional communication skills
- Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, formatting)
- Microsoft Word (document creation/formatting)
- Microsoft Outlook (email, scheduling, contacts)
- Adobe Acrobat (PDF management)
