- This position is a Floating CSR (Teller) position - applicants must have reliable transportation and be able to work at all TSB offices in the Broome/Tioga footprint
- Services customers through various teller transactions including, cashing checks, processing deposits and accepting various payments.
- Provides customer service to retain and grow customer relationships by acknowledging and greeting customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Responds to and follows through on customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Identifies customer products and service needs to enhance customer relationships while achieving the Bank’s financial goals by actively participating in daily sales and special sales promotions.
- Cross-sells additional products and services to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Maintains an accurate cash drawer in accordance with balancing and cash management standards.
- Balances the vault and ATM machine(s).
- Opens various customer accounts
- Must have daily reliable transportation to travel to any assigned office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
