Key Responsibilities
Provide attentive, hands‑on care to toddlers throughout the day- Support developmental milestones through age‑appropriate activities
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
- Build positive relationships with children and families
- Assist with daily routines including meals, diapering, and transitions
- Follow center policies and licensing regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
Experience in childcare or toddler classrooms preferred- Education in Early Childhood (CDA, coursework, or related degree) preferred
- High school diploma required
- Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills
- Ability to maintain a structured, nurturing environment
