Infant Teacher – Elyria Location
Position Overview
We are looking for a nurturing, patient, and dependable Infant Teacher to join our team. This role focuses on providing high‑quality care, supporting early developmental milestones, and creating a warm, safe environment for our youngest learners. Candidates should be attentive, gentle, and committed to maintaining strong routines for infants.

Monday–Friday
7:30am-3:30pm

9:00am - 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities
Provide consistent, responsive care to infants throughout the day- Support developmental milestones through tummy time, sensory play, and age‑appropriate activities
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
- Build trusting relationships with infants and families
- Follow feeding, diapering, and nap routines according to individual needs
- Document daily activities and communicate with families
- Follow center policies and licensing regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
Experience in childcare or infant care preferred- Education in Early Childhood (CDA, coursework, or related degree) preferred
- High school diploma required
- Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills
- Ability to maintain a calm, nurturing environment for infants
