As the Assistant Director you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the center along when the Director is not present. The Assistant Director also maintains children's records and files, waiting lists and processes new children. The Assistant Director demonstrates a high level of commitment to customer service through effective communication with parents, teachers and children. Other responsibilities include but not limited to, Before and Aftercare, Preparing Breakfast and Lunch along with keeping communal parts of the building organized and orderly. Works well under pressure and can go with the flow.
The Assistant Director will also help develop and implement policies and procedures. Along with maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements related to fire, safety and licensing.
Requirements:
-Must be over the age of 21
-CDA or Associate's degree with Child Development Courses
- 1 Year Childcare Center Experience
-1 Year Administration/ Leadership Experience
