EEC Certified Infant Teacher – Full Time

Tiny Tides Childcare | Middleboro, MA

Looking for a fresh start? Come grow with us!

Tiny Tides is looking for an EEC Infant Certified Teacher to join our team!

We’re a small, growing childcare center that believes work should still be fun. We want teachers who bring energy, creativity, new ideas, and their own personality into the classroom. If you love creating fun experiences for children, building real relationships with families, and being part of a team where your ideas are actually welcomed, we’d love to meet you.

Current Massachusetts EEC Infant certification is required.

A little about us

Tiny Tides was created around four things that matter most to us:

Safety & Security
Health & Wellness
Strong Family Partnerships
High-Quality Early Education

What we're looking for:

At Tiny Tides Childcare, we believe our littlest learners deserve more than just a safe place to spend their day. They deserve warm smiles, comforting arms, meaningful connections, and an environment where they feel loved, secure, and encouraged to explore the world around them.

Our infant classroom focuses on nurturing relationships, individualized care, sensory exploration, and celebrating all those exciting first milestones. We're looking for someone who truly loves working with babies and understands just how important these early years are!

We'd love someone who...

  • Is already Massachusetts EEC Infant Teacher certified
  • Truly enjoys working with infants and has a natural ability to comfort, nurture, and connect with them
  • Is warm, patient, dependable, and attentive to each baby's individual needs
  • Understands infant development, safe sleep practices, and age-appropriate routines
  • Enjoys creating fun, engaging sensory experiences, tummy time activities, music, and early learning opportunities
  • Recognizes the importance of building trusting relationships with both babies and their families
  • Communicates well with parents and coworkers
  • Is comfortable following individualized feeding, sleeping, and care schedules
  • Brings a positive attitude, creativity, and a willingness to work as part of a team
  • Doesn't mind getting down on the floor, singing silly songs, celebrating tiny milestones, and giving plenty of snuggles!

What you'll be doing

You'll help create a warm, nurturing infant classroom where each baby feels safe, loved, and supported as they grow.

Your days will include providing attentive, individualized care, supporting developmental milestones through play and exploration, planning age-appropriate sensory activities, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

You'll also communicate with families through Brightwheel, follow EEC regulations and safe sleep guidelines, and work alongside a supportive team that genuinely cares about the children and families we serve.

We're looking for someone who understands that caring for infants is so much more than bottles, diapers, and naps. It's about building trust, encouraging those first discoveries, and making a meaningful difference during one of the most important stages of a child's life.

If you're someone who loves babies, takes pride in providing exceptional care, and wants to be part of a growing childcare center, we'd love to meet you!

Required:

  • Current Massachusetts EEC Infant Teacher certification
  • Ability to work a consistent full-time Monday–Friday schedule
  • Reliable transportation to Middleboro, MA
  • Ability to meet all EEC requirements for employment in a licensed childcare center

Preferred:

  • Experience in a licensed childcare center
  • Certification across multiple age groups
  • Experience creating curriculum and classroom activities

Why Tiny Tides?

We're still growing, which means there's room for new ideas and new energy. We don't expect you to walk in and do everything exactly the way it's always been done.

We want teachers who care about their classroom, take pride in what they do, support one another, and want to help us continue building something special.

If you're already EEC Teacher certified and looking for a fresh opportunity where you can bring your personality, creativity, and ideas with you, we'd love to hear from you!
