Duties
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and measuring.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Support chefs and cooks by providing necessary items during meal preparation.
- Help with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
- Participate in cleaning tasks at the end of shifts to ensure the kitchen is ready for the next service.
Skills
