What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst position at Tiny Notes Music and Movement LLC?
Tiny Notes Enrichment Center is seeking a passionate and collaborative BCBA to join our multidisciplinary pediatric team. We are a unique, inclusive clinic that blends ABA, occupational therapy, and early childhood education with a strong focus on music, movement, and play-based learning.
This is a clinic-based position at a single location, allowing for consistency, strong team collaboration, and meaningful relationships with families. Our focus is on early childhood intervention, primarily serving children under the age of 8.
The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans, and ensuring high-quality, ethical ABA services. Responsibilities include supervising and training Behavior Technicians, providing ongoing program modifications, monitoring client progress, and maintaining accurate and timely documentation.
You will collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary team members, provide parent training, and support skill generalization across environments. The role also includes supporting staff development, maintaining treatment fidelity, and contributing to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture.
We offer a manageable caseload, allowing you to focus on quality care rather than high volume. Additional benefits include a health stipend and access to our early childhood programs for children ages 3–4, making this a great fit for clinicians with young families.
This is an ideal opportunity for a BCBA who values creativity, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact in early intervention.
