Job Summary
We are a tiny home resort seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented lead Housekeeper and resort assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas
- assist guests with luggage into their villas
- Clean treehouses that have staircases 30 feet high
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
- Change bed linens and towels as needed, ensuring all items are fresh and presentable.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner.
-Inspect units using detailed checklist.
***Must be available 12-8PM Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday & Monday
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping management is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, including industrial cleaning practices.
- Familiarity with floor care procedures and equipment is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards guests and colleagues.
- Must be physically able to perform cleaning tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
