- Conduct thorough inspections of hotel facilities to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments to assess various aspects of service delivery.
- Implement quality control measures to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collect and analyze data related to operational performance and service quality.
- Ensure adherence to FDA regulations and CGMP guidelines where applicable.
- Collaborate with management to develop and maintain quality systems.

Requirements
- Proven experience in quality inspection within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of quality control processes and standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be able to utilize various computer programs. Experience with Quore or Opera is preferred.
