ASSISTANT FARM MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION
Tiny Giant Farm is a small, urban, USDA Organic vegetable farm focusing on high quality greens, roots and tomatoes!
We're looking for someone to join our Harvest, Wash and Pack team for the 2026 Season and hopefully beyond!
This is a part-time seasonal position, mostly on Fridays, from late April to early November. No prior experience required. Primary responsibilities include processing, washing and packing a variety of freshly picked vegetables and helping to harvest them!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Wash, weigh, bag, bunch and pack vegetables for Farmer’s Market and CSA Pick-ups
- Help Harvest a variety of vegetables: from Tomatoes to Kale to Carrots!
- Follow detailed instructions
- Maintain records
EMPLOYMENT DETAILS
- Seasonal Position: April 24(ideally) - November 20.
- Main shift runs on Fridays from 8am to 4:30pm
- Optional additional hours may be available during the week
- Pay is based on experience (but starts at $16 / hr)
