JOB SUMMARY:
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide the residents with routine daily care in accordance with our nursing, dietary aide, housekeeping and laundry procedures as may be directed by your supervisors.

Resident Nursing Care Functions:

- Participate and receive the shift exchange report upon reporting for duty.
- Follow established policies concerning exposure to blood/body fluids.

- Answer resident calls promptly.
- Check each resident routinely to ensure that his/her personal care needs are being met in accordance with his/her wishes and per resident centered services plan.

Dietary Functions:
- Assist residents in dining area taking into account any special dietary needs and personal preferences.
- Handle and prepare foods and fluids in accordance with sanitary regulations.
- Set up and clear dining tables. Clean dining rooms after meal time, including washing linens and dishes.
- Assist with prepping food as requested, taking orders, serving dining meals and drinks.

Housekeeping & Laundry Functions:

- Participate in an in-service training program prior to performing tasks that involve potential exposure to blood/body fluids.

- Report all hazardous conditions and equipment to the Supervisor immediately.
