The Programs & Staffing Manager plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across classes, parties, camps, and special events. This position supports staff, families, and instructors while managing scheduling, communications, logistics, and supply needs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage Staff Scheduling: Coordinate staffing for classes, parties, camps, and events, including scheduling, shift placements, and handling callouts.Subbing in for all programs (after school, camps, parties) as needed. When no other staff are available to work a program, the staffing manager will be expected to be the "last resort" sub.Event & Party Coordination: Support planning and execution of events and parties, ensuring all details, materials, and staff assignments are confirmed.Email Communication Management: Maintain and monitor the company's email account, responding to inquiries and routing messages as needed.Instructor Support: Send final details to instructors prior to each class, camp, event, or party, ensuring they have everything needed for successful delivery.Website Registrations: Manage and monitor website registrations for programs and events, providing support or updates as needed.Inventory & Ordering: Order supplies, track inventory levels, and maintain accurate records to ensure materials are consistently stocked.Part-time to include some weekend hours. Hours can vary greatly (10-25hrs/wk)Hours may increase come summer months (June-Aug)
