Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
- Take dine-in, takeout, and phone orders accurately.
- Enter customer orders and special requests into the POS system.
- Process cash, credit card, and other approved payment transactions.
- Provide accurate receipts and verify order details.
- Answer basic menu questions and assist customers with selections.
- Communicate special requests and order changes to kitchen staff.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure orders are prepared accurately and promptly.
- Package takeout orders and verify items before handing them to customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked front-counter area.
- Restock bags, containers, napkins, utensils, and other service supplies.
- Assist with opening, closing, and routine cleaning duties.
