We are seeking a highly organized, reliable, and proactive Operations Manager to oversee our storage facility and support daily operations. This position offers long-term growth opportunities for the right candidate as our company continues to expand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, pack, and organize bins for upcoming events.
- Unpack, inspect, and reset bins after events.
- Sort, inventory, and ensure all materials are returned to their designated locations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and storage organization.
- Take items home as needed for cleaning and return them organized and event-ready (all supplies provided).
- Maintain cleanliness and efficiency of the storage space.
- Serve as the main point of contact for team members regarding event materials, setup needs, and logistics.
- Communicate directly with staff before and after events to ensure they are fully prepared.
- Provide support for last-minute changes, urgent needs, or unexpected issues.
- Troubleshoot problems quickly and calmly.
- Support the owners with operational needs and special projects.
- Run light errands and assist with supply management.
- Identify inefficiencies and proactively improve systems and workflows.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail (Non-Negotiable).
- Dependable, punctual, and accountable.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Quick learner who adapts easily and solves problems on the spot.
- Proactive, efficient, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable communicating with staff and taking a leadership role.
- Flexible availability, including occasional evenings, weekends, and short-notice support.
- Reliable transportation.
- Physically able to lift bins, move supplies, and work in a storage environment.
- Experience in operations, inventory management, event planning, or team coordination is a plus (but not required).
