We are seeking a dependable, forward thinking, and tenacious individual to help manage the warehouse. To be successful in this role you will need to be highly organized, socially confident, and must be able to multitask. An outstanding candidate should be able to keep all facets of the warehouse and fleet running smoothly and ensure all operational responsibilities are being fulfilled. Key Skills/Qualifications

• Must have 3-5 years Warehouse/Fleet experience 


• Must be Bilingual (Spanish)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatching of goods.


• Supervise and schedule warehouse team members, including forklift operators, helpers, and inventory clerks.


• Coordinate with dispatch and moving crews to ensure timely and accurate loading/unloading of trucks.


• Ensure accurate tracking and documentation of all stored items and materials.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.


• Conduct routine inspections and audits of inventory, equipment, and warehouse procedures.


• Monitor and manage warehouse equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and functionality.


• Implement and enforce operational standards and best practices to optimize space and workflow efficiency.


• Resolve warehouse-related issues in a timely and effective manner.


• Provide training and performance evaluations to warehouse staff.


• Inspect vehicles or other equipment for evidence of abuse, damage, or mechanical malfunction


• Inspect vehicles or equipment to ensure compliance with rules, standards, or regulations


• Examine transportation vehicles, equipment, or systems to detect damage, wear, or malfunction


• Other duties as directed by management/ownership
