As our Sales and Customer Service Advisor you're one of the most important team members at Tint Plus Automotive. You are responsible for creating a positive customer experience for our guests using your strong communication skills to build the bridge between guests and technicians.

What You'll Do:
- Greet guests as they arrive in our showroom for their appointment
- Answer phones and sell services in a clear and professional manner
- Clearly communicate realistic and honest expectations of services offered
- Communicate energetically with guests about their vehicle and all the services available
- Offer solutions and added services to guests
- Prepare detailed service orders with exact instructions
- Perform vehicle check on the exterior and interior of the vehicle prior to the beginning of services
- Provide timely follow-up on progress of vehicle and contact guests with service changes
- Provide final review and inspection of vehicle after installation and other services to assure job meets or exceeds our quality guidelines
- Troubleshoot customer concerns to find a solution to meet customer’s needs
- Process monetary transactions, provide important care and warranty instructions and information
- Assist installation team with prepping vehicle, cutting and weeding film, pulling cars around and additional duties to insure completion times are met or exceeded
What You'll Need:
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred, especially within the automotive enhancement space
- Honesty, empathy, and exceptional communication skills
- The ability to clearly convey product information and build rapport with customers
- Leadership skills in team-based environment
- Supervising experience is a plus, time management a plus
- Bilingual skills are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic math for cash handling is essential
- Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, and stock management
- Highly detailed, service oriented and organized
- Creative, positive, team player attitude
- Ability to analyze situations and make win-win business decisions
- A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to work Saturdays
- Gmail, Google Calendar and CRM experience a plus
